The Mission
One hundred percent of the proceeds from ERP Mercantile funds the field work of Elephants, Rhinos & People. That means anti-poaching patrols, the ERP Air Wing, rhino dehorning and monitoring, and community programmes across Southern Africa. Nothing is held back for shareholder profit.
It is a mercantile — a shop — run on the principle that trade can fund conservation. Every artifact is priced to pay for a specific piece of work on the ground. You are buying a product, and the sale funds the protection of elephants, rhinos, and the people who live alongside them.
Our field teams publish dispatches from the reserves we support — hectares under protection, rhinos monitored, flights logged, and community projects completed. We share these figures openly because conservation that cannot be audited is not conservation.
Products & Orders
Yes. Each artifact is sourced or produced with respect for the people who made it and the land it came from. Where a product is tied to a community programme, that programme is named on the product page so you know exactly whose work you are supporting.
Orders are processed within two business days. Delivery times depend on your region — typically 3 to 7 business days within South Africa and 7 to 14 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Because every sale already funds field work, returns do not reverse that contribution — but we will make it right for you.
Yes. ERP gift cards are delivered digitally and never expire. They are a way to let someone else choose the artifact that funds the work they care about most.
